Ya know, I REALLY wanna know when the twins’ birthday is. I don’t know why, I just do.

According to Alex, it’s at the end of the summer.

Oh, really? When and where did he state that?

I think it was at ComicCon,…

Funny, it’s about their last Summer as children, meanwhile Dip is trying so hard to be a man and grow up.
Interesting.

Does anyone else feel that after Scary-oke, Stan’s relationship with the twins will never be the same? I mean after him telling them that he’s lied the entire Summer so far to protect them, I honestly can’t see him being the same Grunkle Stan from season one, I can’t see him being hard…

Yeah, change can be scary. And I’ll admit, it does freak me out a bit for there to be as a drastic change in Stan’s behavior with the twins as I’m expecting we’ll see. But if it helps, most likely it’ll be a positive change. Most, if not all, of us new in season 1 that Stan loves Dipper and Mabel more than anything, he just kind of kept it hidden. This season he’ll probably just express how much he cares about them more than he did in the first. And that’ll probably be beneficial to his relationship with each of them. Especially Dipper, considering how their relationship was in the first season.

I really hope it doesn’t change that much, it was always sweet when hard-hearted Stan opened up a little to the kids. If he does it to often it’ll lose it’s charm. I really hope season 2 is a lot like season 1 even if that means secrets aren’t revealed that often. I’d rather be given evidence more often than truth with Gravity Falls cuz it makes you keep watching. I just don’t want the show to lose any of that original charm

Understandable. It was always cute when randomly opened up 🙂

It would be funny if they had an episode of Gravity Falls that portrayed realistic summer weather for Oregon. For example: it’s dark and there’s thunder/lightning storms and rain. If you go to the beach it’s always cold and windy no matter what. If there is sun, you will be burned…

I am an Oregonian too! Today, every time the thunder rumbled it rained harder. During the time in took me to walk downstairs this morning it all stopped and the sun was bright. Then later more thunder and some lightning… Ah, Oregon.

I know! Earlier I went outside and it felt like it was October! I’m so happy about the thunderstorm, my room was getting way too hot from this heat wave, it’s a nice little break. Plus, gotta love watching the lightening 🙂

I THOUGHT IT WAS OCTOBER WEATHER TOO which is the best kind of weather!

Yeah, October is about the time the rains really begin, and my brother and I have talked about how we love the smell of rain when it really comes down in Fall

Have you ever read any of those “You know you’re in Oregon when/you know you live in Oregon if…” things?
Some of the ones I’ve read are: You know you live in Oregon if you recognize the four seasons: almost Winter, Winter, still Winter, road construction

and

You know you live in Oregon if you think anyone using an umbrella in the rain is either a wimp or a tourist

Yeah but I still use an umbrella and I’m not a wimp or tourist. I just don’t like getting wet and then having to change when I get home…. I think you’re an Oregonian if you always bring an umbrella everywhere any time of the year lol

Lol so true 🙂
You’re also an Oregonian if you can pronounce Oregon correctly

I KNOW IT’S SO ANNOYING WHEN PEOPLE SAY “ORE-GONE” OR EVEN “NEVAHHDA” THEY MIGHT AS WELL JUST CALL WASHINGTON “WAASHINGTON”

Lol YES! I’ve realized that they way Oregonian is pronounced, probably doesn’t help people understand how Oregon is pronounce. Lol we’re confusing them 😉
Still, I cry on the inside when someone says Ore-GONE
