I forgot net neutrality never existed in this country. For the curious, this is what it looks like to have none.
Look at the data package stuff- I already have 1GB valid for only 3 days because I loaded money onto the prepaid card, but because I tried to open Pokémon Go which isn’t included, they’re saying I could pay an extra PHP50 for 1.3GB, also only valid for 3 days.
So their approach is to give a ton of data for relatively cheap (I could still buy 5 dumplings for that, wtf?) but only have it valid for 3 days so you have to keep paying for consistent use. And then, you still might not be able to use the apps you need. Ughhh

We expect to be in control of our internet experience. When we use the Internet, we want Net Neutrality. Net Neutrality is the fundamental principle that prohibits internet service providers like AT&T, Comcast and Verizon from speeding up, slowing down or blocking any content, applications or websites you want to use. The upshot is that ISPs could censor information, or slow down access to those who cannot shell out big bucks to access it at top/ideal speeds. This will make things difficult for small businesses that sell/market online, for people to apply for jobs or to colleges, and/or to organise against or for issues they want to protest or promote.
