Grunkle Stan is actually saving money for Dipper and Mabel’s college funds.
I saw this way back in season 1 and this is what I thought “AWE! This would be so cute, but I doubt it’s true”
And now after A Tale Of Two Stans I’m thinking this actually makes a lot of sense. He’s the reason Ford didn’t get to go to his dream school and this time he wants to be the reason Dipper and Mabel do get to go to their dream schools.

I was laughing because like who the fuck sleeps like that it’s a ridiculous sleeping position
and Meg (who doesn’t even watch Gravity Falls) kindly pointed out that it kinda looks like he’s sleeping over the steering wheel of a car.
right after getting kicked out of the mystery shack.

People calling Stanley ‘Lee’. Um… WE ALREADY HAVE A CANON LEE IN GRAVITY FALLS. Even if he is a minor character, I’m pretty sure the people who haven’t seen Not What He Seems or Tale of Two Stans will most likely get confused and have no idea what you’re talking about. Why can’t we just we call HIM Stan, and we keep calling his brother Ford like he asked? Or better yet can we leave the cutesy nicknames aside and call them just Stanley/Stanford? I’d prefer that any day because gosh. This really annoys me.
