why is a book about where babies come from a pop-up book?

I think some parents like to give their kids the talk when they’re really young. My dad told me that if it was up to him, he would have given my brother and I the talk when we were five (my mom did not like that plan though apparently lol)
Also some parents probably have to give the talk if they have another kid and the kid(s) they already have ask the painful question “where do babies come from?”
So the book is probably a pop-up to keep a child’s attention.
