Do you think Melissa’s dad maybe nervous about his daughter being friends with Milo?

Probably. It wouldn’t be right for a parent to deny their child the right to be friends with Milo over that, but I think it’s something any parent would be concerned about if they knew Milo. Also, the way Melissa reacted when her dad started asking Milo questions, I kinda got the vibe that Melissa and her dad had had a conversation about Milo before, or several conversations. But maybe I’m reading to much into that one.
