I’m sure that does bother them, but since Della isn’t there to be held accountable for her actions, they’re focusing their anger at Scrooge instead because he enabled her. While Scrooge did build the Spear of Selene without telling Donald, it was ultimately Della’s decision to take it. She didn’t mean any harm by it, she didn’t want to disappear completely, but one reckless decision ended up costing the boys their mother. As much as I hope they find Della again, I hope they let her have it when they do. She’s gotta learn her lesson.
I’d like to add that another reason the triplets may have not gotten upset with their mother’s actions is because they’ve probably put her on a pedestal a little bit. They knew nothing about her, and probably spent time theorizing what she was like. And look at the lengths Dewy went through to keep his brothers from knowing she may not have been a good person. They wouldn’t have thought it was possible for their mom to make horrible mistakes, so it all must have been Scrooge.
I mean there’s nothing in the show that explicitly states that they put her on a pedestal, but it seems very likely to me
