So what’s your fear?

Now that we know that Animaniacs has a writer from Family Guy as its showrunner, what is your biggest fear?

Mine is that the Warners will be depicted as hating each other and only tolerating each other’s presence because the show contractually obligates them to. And they’ll make mean-spirited passive-aggressive jabs at each other. Possibly some violence.

also pedophilia and incest jokes made at the Warner’s expense.

Neither of these were a concern of mine… But now they are 😫

I’m not even sure what my biggest fear is. All I know is its going to be aweful

My favorite scene from Wander Over Yonder (I wish I had pictures but alas I do not at this time) is in The Wanderers when Sylvia realizes there’s still part of Wander missing and he claims he’s better off without that part of him and she says “no, every part of you is important”

The she goes to find the missing Wander and find him small, scared and huddled into a corner of the cave, and Zen Wander says “the helper seeks to help, because he knows what it is to be helpless”

This scene had a moral, several great quotes, have us incite into Wander’s past, and I feel the line “the helper seeks to help, because he knows what it is to be helpless” could be changed up slightly and used in a lot of different circumstances. Its an important thing to note that everyone has a reason for acting the way they do, even if it seems silly or overkill or even rude sometimes.

One way you might be able to help the Animaniacs Reboot problem

takineko:

So as I’ve pointed out before, Hulu did not hire back any of the original crew members from the Animanaics writing team, and then they hired a Family Guy writer to run/write for the show.

We have this petition going but there might be another thing we can do…

Please be civil, and use respectful language, but you could email and or give these publicity contacts a phone call, stating that as a fan you wanted your voice to be heard about how the reboot was being handled.

Emphasis on the respectful language. Thank you.
