The hate Webby is getting from the new Ducktales is ridiculous. Like “God, she’s such a Mary Sue–she never has to get rescued and she saves the boys all the time.” Like wow, who knew that being raised by a literal spy and having access to any kind of historical/mystical information ever discovered and a wide variety of gadgets because she lives in the mansion of a famous adventurer would create a character who is very knowledgeable and competent in how to save herself and get others out of trouble while on adventures? Shocker.
